Erasmus Programme

The Erasmus+ programme is designed specifically for Higher Education institutions and it supports the unification of higher education in Europe and promotes transparency and compatibility across the qualifications gained by Higher Education in Europe.

In January 2014 the European Commission introduced the new Erasmus+ programme. The new European Programme for Education Training, Youth and Sports will run from 2014 – 2020, and will replace the current Programme. The programme aims to boost skills and employability, as well as modernizing Education, Training, and Youth work.

With a budget of €14.7 billion the new programme will provide opportunities for over 4 million Europeans to study, train, and gain work experience abroad.

The Cyprus International Institute of Management participates in the Erasmus programme under the European Charter Number CY-ERA-2013-21 (CIIM) – 223503.

The Cyprus International Institute of Management has been awarded the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education under the new Erasmus+ Programme for the years 2014-2020.
