Some of the courses may have a prerequisite course (admission requirements). In this case the student has to attend the prerequisite course first, either at their home university or at CIIM. More information about prerequisites are detailed in the syllabus of each course.

Modular System and Class structure

All degree programmes are based on the ECTS system, and courses are delivered in modules, which means that a student takes only ONE class at any given time, i.e. classes are taken linearly and not parallel.

At the end of each course students have to take an exam or prepare an individual assignment in order to gain the course’s ECTS points with a specific grade. Exams are usually held within a week from completing the course and assignments are usually due one month after the class.
