Keynote Speaker Cerioni’s Lecture deals with cross border tax challenges of dual tax residency for corporations and individuals. As a European expert in tax advisory, Dr. Cerioni will analyze the challenges of dual residency under the Cyprus 60-days rule regime as well as give valuable insights on CRS tax residency circumvention. He will provide most compelling responses to the exchange of information for third-country residents. A round-table discussion and Q&As session will follow the main speaker’s hour-long lecture by a panel of four international tax experts/practitioners from the Legal and the Accounting Professions of Cyprus.

Dr. Luca Cerioni is an international acknowledged Professor of European & International Taxation and an acclaimed international tax consultant. He is currently a member of the Italian tax consultancy and chartered accountancy professional body, for which he is also a member of a special Research Committee dealing with internationalisation, digitalisation and new opportunities for businesses. Prof. Luca Cerioni has joined the CIIIM as Visiting Professor for the new MSc in Financial Law and International Taxation.
