Dionysis Dionysiou is Associate Professor of Organisation & Management at ALBA Graduate Business School at the American College of Greece in Athens, Greece and part-time faculty at CIIM.
He holds a Bachelor degree from the Hellenic Military Academy, a Bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Athens, an MBA degree from ALBA Graduate Business School, Athens, Greece, and a PhD in Management (Social Psychology of Organising) from Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK.
Dionysis teaches courses in the areas of Organisational Behaviour and Business Excellence (applications of the EFQM model of Excellence).
His research focuses on processes of organising and sensemaking, organisational change, and organisational routines, and has been presented in international academic conferences, among which, the Academy of Management (AOM) and the European Group for Organisation Studies (EGOS). His latest research has been published in the Academy of Management Review (2013).
He has delivered executive seminars in several companies among which, EFG Eurobank, Vodafone Hellas, Shell Hellas, Phillip Morris Hellas, Reederei Nord Ltd., and Indonesian Port Corporation (IPC).
