Duties

  • Customer service & reception
  • Handling of Inquiries/Admissions/Applications
  • Arranging & participating in student interviews
  • Guiding students through the admission process from programme selection to registration
  • Setting up appointments for programme directors & management with companies and schools
  • Troubleshooting and offering high-quality customer service at all times
  • Organising & participating in events, public lectures, seminars & career days
  • Establishing & managing relations with the business community
  • Promotional activities in coordination with the marketing
  • Conducting a wide range of administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • University degree preferably in a business or management field
  • Administration and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek & English
  • Skilful in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. outlook, word, excel, power point, etc.)
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, hard-working and committed to results
  • Excellent people skills and a good team player
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious
  • Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage
