An MBA will add value to what you do and how you think for the rest of your life and career. An MBA is becoming a requirement for most positions of management and leadership. You will learn new, valuable skills and your earnings will increase significantly. You will be challenged and equipped to realise your full potential, especially if you are careful to choose a world-class MBA programme. |
You choose a world-class MBA by asking the following eight questions and receiving a positive answer to all eight: |
The MPSM, or Master in Public Sector Management, is the MBA for the public sector. It is intended for civil servants in management positions or those wishing to be promoted to such positions. It is also relevant to officials in local government (municipalities, etc), in semi-government organisations and in non-profit institutions, as well as to individuals wishing to enter the civil service or other public sector institutions. |
If quality, diversity, experience and flexibility matter for you, and if you are looking for a world-class MBA (or MPSM) programme that is also affordable, CIIM deserves your most serious consideration. |

Due to our modular system, you can apply any time and start any time. A new course starts every two weeks and most courses are self-contained, without prerequisites. Many students start in September and January but several start at other times throughout the year (rolling admissions). |
Of course, this is the idea! The programme is designed for working people. Indeed two-thirds of our students work and study. There are two distinct schedules: the full-time schedule during weekdays and the part-time schedule during evenings and weekends. You are also free to combine the two schedules to fit your circumstances. (Non-EU international students can work on paid internships with the permission of the migration authorities). |
Very flexible! Possibly the most flexible educational programmes anywhere. |

The MBA and MPSM programmes are general management degrees. However, you have the opportunity to select an area of concentration by choosing 20 credits of electives from that area. The MBA offers seven areas of concentration: finance; marketing; human resources management and organizational behaviour; strategy and international business; technology and operations management; shipping management and logistics; and entrepreneurship and management of SMEs. The MPSM offers six areas of concentration: educational leadership and management; environmental and resource management; general public sector management; health care management; local government administration and management; and operations and project management. |
