Who can use the library?
The library exists to serve the needs all of those studying, researching and teaching at CIIM. You can join the library and borrow books if you are:
- A full-time or part-time student at CIIM
- Staff of CIIM
- Faculty of CIIM
- Visiting academic working at CIIM
- An Individual or Corporate Member of the Library
How to join the library?
Students registered on CIIM courses are automatically given membership of the Library. If you are not a student at CIIM and wish to join as an Individual or Corporate Member, please contact the Library & Information Services Manager, Marie-Christine O'Callaghan.
How do I find materials held at the library?
- To find materials that are held by the Library, you should search the Library Catalogue
- You can access the Library Catalogue on campus or from home
- The Catalogue will give you the "Call Number" of the item. This is the number by which books are arranged on the shelves. CIIM uses the Dewey Decimal Classification system
What does the catalogue cover?
The library catalogue contains records of books, periodicals, CIIM projects, videocassettes and CD-ROMs held at the library.
