Specifically, the main objectives of the MBA programme are to:

  • mba_progProvide the basic analytical tools required by managers, including fundamental concepts and principles from the various functional areas, for effective and holistic management
  • Develop skills in using these tools in an imaginative, problem-solving manner
  • Develop the ability to make and carry out management decisions
  • Establish a basis for dealing effectively with others, both in written and oral communication
  • Instill a thorough understanding of today’s economic, political, and social environment
  • Encourage continuous learning from practical experience.

 

Learning outcomes

CIIM seeks to ensure that by the end of their studies our graduates are equipped with:

  • Knowledge of fundamental principles, theories and tools of all functional areas of management and their practical application.
  • Analytical skills. Using data and analytical techniques to solve management problems and make business decisions. The ability to formulate implementable business plans.
  • Team building and leadership skills. Organizing and motivating people and exercising leadership.
  • Interpersonal skills. Communicating effectively with a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Creativity skills. Being able to think “outside the box” of conventional solutions and come up with innovative ways to solve problems and tap opportunities.
