Overview
In today’s business world it is of utmost importance that Executives understand strategic concepts and be able to contribute to their company’s strategy. This is not a skill that is acquired through the everyday work, but rather, by practicing the process and learning how to use strategy tools. Managers should become aware of how to use tools used for strategic analysis and assist their personnel in understanding the strategy development process.

Faculty: Andreas Petrou
Andreas Petrou is Assistant Professor of Strategy. He teaches classes for the MBA programme and executive courses on strategy design, strategy execution and project management.
Professor Petrou worked for a number of years as a consultant with Accenture where he helped companies design and implement strategies. He designed and implemented performance management systems for a number of Cypriot and other European organizations, and trained staff of how to employ this tool for facilitating strategy implementation and change. His performance management assignments include training and/or consulting with companies such as Unicom, CTO, Uniteam, Neocleous and Co, Thomas Cook, Barclays, Vodafone and Aviva.
Fees and General Information
This seminar is approved and subsidized for the amount of 133€ by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA). HRDA sponsors companies that satisfy their criteria.
The fees are €267 per participant for companies eligible to HRDA subsidy and €400 per participant without HRDA subsidy.
