SEKAP Accreditation for CIIM’s MSc in Human Resource Managemen..

The Cyprus Council of Educational Evaluation – Accreditation, (SEKAP), has awarded accreditation to CIIM Business School’s MSc in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour, which has been ratified by the Minister of Education and Culture on March 19, 2009.

The MSc in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour offered by CIIM has been especially designed for professionals who aspire to become HR leaders and acquire the role of a strategic partner in leading, managing and developing the human assets of their organizations. The main objective of the programme is to impart the principles governing effective HR Management and to train participants in the necessary skills and tools. Participants are trained to be able to make and carry out decisions and apply policies, which improve the efficiency of the most precious asset of any organization: its human capital.

The MSc in HR Management & Organizational Behaviour, just like the rest of the Master programmes offered by CIIM Business School, ( MSc in Educational Leadership & Management, MSc in Shipping Management, MSc in Finance & Banking and MSc in Marketing Management), is taught by distinguished professors coming from internationally acclaimed universities like Harvard, Cambridge, London Business School, University College Dublin, ESSEC, Cranfield School of Management, University of Colorado and others.

The flexible, modular system enables students to start their studies in almost any week of the year, choosing between the one-year full time study and the two-year part time study, (evening and saturdays)
